Volunteer Training

I have found the organisation to be indispensable to me. My ISVA is particularly good as she helps me with all manner of practical day to day requirements. She is very professional and has a depth of knowledge which I find reassuring. I have used other support services, and without a doubt RoSA is by far the best.

RoSA holds a quality endorsement licence with the Open College Network West Midlands and provides a comprehensive training programme to equip Volunteers with the relevant skills necessary to meet the complex needs of our clients. We are looking for caring and dedicated people who want to offer their time to support clients and their families.

The initial training helps RoSA volunteers to understand the main philosophy and the aims of our charity as well as supporting everyone with the knowledge and skills needed to provide the high standards of the service we offer.

The training consists of an induction to RoSA, workshops and lectures and additional training for professional development.
