The trauma of sexual abuse can leave people feeling isolated.
Support groups provide a safe and confidential environment for participants to form connections with other people with similar experiences which can help to reduce the feelings of isolation.
Support groups are led by two facilitators who ensure that the sessions are effective and safe.
You are in control of how much information you share, when you want to share.
Support groups run weekly in blocks of 12 sessions. We run separate groups for Women, Men and Young People.
Our Women support groups are currently funded by The Feminist Review Trust.
